  • Answer: Our virtual running coaching services are designed to provide you with the flexibility and support you need to succeed, no matter where you are. After an initial consultation, we create a personalized training plan tailored to your goals. We communicate regularly through email, phone, or video calls to monitor your progress, adjust your plan, and offer ongoing support.

  • Answer: A personalized training plan includes a detailed schedule tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. It covers everything from daily workouts to race day strategies. We also incorporate strength training, recovery tips, and nutrition advice to ensure a holistic approach to your training.

4. Can I still benefit from coaching if I’m a beginner?

  • Answer: We use various tools, but mainly with Final surge platform to track your progress. Your coach will regularly review your data, provide feedback, and adjust your training plan as needed to keep you on track and acoountable.

6. How often will I communicate with my coach?

  • Answer: Communication frequency is tailored to your needs. Typically, you can expect to have weekly check-ins with your coach via final Surge, with additional touchpoints before and after key workouts or races. We are also available for any urgent questions or support you may need via email or WhatsApp.

7. How does Final Surge work?

  • Answer: Final Surge is an online training platform where you will find all your personalized training, and when you sync your running watch to Final Surge, all tracked activities will be uploaded for your coach to monitor and analyze. Depending on your preference, Final Surge offers user-friendly web browser and app versions that allow access to your training and your coach anywhere you find yourself.

8. What if I need to adjust my training plan?

  • Answer: Flexibility is key to our coaching approach. If you need to adjust your training plan due to injury, schedule changes, or other factors, we will work with you to modify the plan while keeping your goals in focus. We ensure that your training remains effective and enjoyable.
