Coaching Consultation

$75/45min*

These online meetings, are designed for discussing questions regarding your objectives, race calendar, training drills or exercises, race preparation, or any life challenges that make your training difficult. The subject can be limitless; you choose.

What’s included:

  • 45-minute meeting (ideally, you send your questions beforehand so I can provide proper answers or guidance accordingly)

  • A follow-up email of the conversation.

Build-up or Recovery phase

$120/Month*

Whether you are starting from scratch, you are ready to set a new goal, or you have just completed yours and want to recover before the next training block, this phase is designed to prepare you for the training plan. It will also be helpful for your fitness evaluation (Build-up) or recovery training after your race Recovery).  It also acts as an injury prevention by getting your body, muscles, and tendons ready to handle the next training load and focusing your mind on developing new positive habits toward your upcoming goals.


What’s included:

  • Customize 1 month training plan according to your current fitness level and goals.

  • The plan is tailored around your busy life (student, full-time worker, family obligations) and is adjustable weekly as needed.

  • Regular support and communication throughout the training platform.

  • 2 emails/week for any training-related questions.

  • Daily contacts through the training platform.

  • If the Build-up option is used independently, we will need a consultation first to establish the goals of the build-up. If used with a Training Plan, the consultation is included in the first-month subscription.

  • The goal of the Build-up is to create accountability for new and positive habits within your schedule and to work on your base fitness at a lower cost.

THE training plan

$220/Month*

It’s time to get to work, whether we are looking to complete our first 10k races or achieve a new Ultramarathon PR; this is the part where we have to be laser-focused. Once you set your goal during the first consultation (included in the plan), I will provide you with a plan based on your fitness and training availability. The objective is not only for you to reach your goal but also to take you out of your comfort zone to create accountability, consistency, and confidence in your potential to succeed.

What’s included:

  • Customizable and flexible training plan - 3 to 7 days per week, distance goal, and availability depending on your schedule

  • Communication frequency is tailored to your needs. Typically, you can expect to have weekly check-ins with your coach via the Final Surge platform, with additional touchpoints before and after races.

  • 1 video call in the 3rd week of training

  • Extra Consultation at $50/30min (race prep or strategy, training questions) with a follow-up email for additional consultation

  • Referrals to my professional network - RMT, nutritionist, physiotherapist, strength trainer...

  • Open to working with your team of health professionals (physio, strength trainer, psychologist, or others) for your success

  • Running is typically a solitary sport, but training in a group can be beneficial! I'll gladly do my best to match your training schedule for easy and/or long runs with your social running group or friends.

If you're seeking additional support during your race preparation or warm-up on race day, whether it's a pacer or a crew for your ultra race to provide you with the extra motivation and guidance necessary for success, let's have a discussion to explore the available options. Each situation will be considered individually to tailor our approach to your specific needs.
